Travel/Local Both Location:
Warm Springs, MT 59756
Shift:
7:00•7:00 (12-hour shifts) Night and Day both
Available Schedule:
3x12 and 4x12 shifts per week ( both available )
Contract Duration:
13 weeks with possible extension

Position Overview:
3B Health are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with psychiatric nursing experience to join a geriatric behavioral health unit. The RN will provide direct patient care to elderly psychiatric patients, ensuring safety, therapeutic support, and high-quality clinical outcomes in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric psychiatric patients Conduct patient assessments and monitor mental and physical health status Administer medications and monitor for side effects and effectiveness Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment for patients Respond to psychiatric emergencies and behavioral escalations appropriately Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff
Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana or compact license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1 year of experience as a RN Psych in Geriatric Psychiatric Nursing or related psychiatric setting
CPI/ MOAB
•Preferred Strong clinical judgment and de-escalation skills
Pay:
$3,000.00•$3,500.00 per week
Experience:
recent RN•Psych inpatient: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
RN License (Required) BLS Certification (Required) CPI Certification or MOAB (Preferred)
