36 Hours per Week Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Baker, MT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote resident health, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor residents' conditions and document changes accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. Provide resident and family education regarding care plans and treatments. Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition promptly. Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations. Ensure accurate and complete nursing documentation. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or compact state eligibility. BLS certification. Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay:
$2,250.00 - $2,300.00 per week
