Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring of health conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Monitor resident conditions, document clinical findings, and promptly communicate changes in health status to appropriate healthcare providers. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being by responding to medical needs, educating residents and families, and maintaining accurate patient documentation. #Nurse2026
