Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Urgent Care Join the Bridger Orthopedic Team! Bridger Orthopedic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our growing Urgent Care team. This full-time position (30-35 hours per week) provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced orthopedic urgent care environment across both our Bozeman and Belgrade locations . This role combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities and is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. The schedule includes some weekends and holidays. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license through the Montana Board of Nursing required Previous experience in an urgent care, emergency department, orthopedic, or similar clinical setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Responsibilities Partner with providers and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care Assist with patient intake, assessment, and care coordination Perform CLIA-waived laboratory and diagnostic testing as ordered Assist providers with procedures and treatments Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and clinical areas Maintain inventory and supplies Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment Manage patient phone calls and communications Accurately document patient information and maintain records within the electronic health record (EHR) system What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and proactive, with a passion for patient care and teamwork.
