2 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Butte, MT, requiring 1 year of Med/Surg experience and an active MT or compact RN license. Details Med/Surg unit at an acute care hospital in Butte, MT Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week) 13-week contract Epic EMR used for charting Floating to other departments may be required based on business need On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required Requirements Active MT or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred Current AHA BLS certification required — must not expire prior to start date ACLS, NRP, or PALS may be required as appropriate for the unit Epic EMR experience required DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Former permanent Intermountain employees must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least 1 year to be eligible Additional Information Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with state Board of Nursing practice standards Duties include patient health teaching, counseling, therapy, treatment support, and referrals as needed Documentation, delegation, supervision, and consultation are core competencies for this role BSN and specialty-specific certification are preferred but not required
