Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care

RN / Registered Nurse - Long Term Care / Skill Nursing / Geriatric Now hiring for November and December start dates!

Columbia Falls, Montana Pay Overview:

$2,364 weekly gross working 36 hours Weekly direct deposit every Friday Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance available

Schedule and Timeline:

36 hours weekly Potential to pick up overtime at elevated pay rate ASAP start date 13-week assignment with potential to extend Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.

Job Details:

Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to veteran residents in a long-term care and rehabilitative setting. Assess, plan, and document resident care; administer medications and treatments per provider orders. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and continuity of care. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff on individualized care plans. Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to medical or behavioral emergencies. Maintain compliance with facility, state, and VA standards for safety, infection control, and documentation.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Long-Term Care / Assisted Living experience. MT or Multistate RN License in good standing. Active AHA BLS certification or ability to obtain. for more details and the next steps!
