Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience required; Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred

Required, with rotating call coverage

1-hour minimum About the Role seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator for a 13-week contract assignment in Dillon, Montana. This role is ideal for a skilled perioperative nurse with strong operating room experience, excellent surgical coordination abilities, and the flexibility to support varied weekday shifts with rotating on-call coverage. The Registered Nurse will provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care, collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members, and help ensure smooth operating room flow in a Critical Access Hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care as an Operating Room Circulator Registered Nurse Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures Assist with surgical case coordination and support efficient operating room workflow Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other clinical staff Maintain sterile technique, infection prevention standards, and patient safety protocols Complete accurate and timely documentation using
EPIC EMR
Participate in scheduled on-call rotation and callback coverage as required Support holiday coverage as needed Ensure quality care, patient advocacy, and safety throughout all procedures Requirements Active Montana Registered Nurse License required Associate Degree in Nursing required BSN preferred Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience required Operating Room circulating experience required Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred; 3 years preferred BLS certification required ACLS certification required PALS certification required CNOR certification preferred Experience with
EPIC EMR
