5) . This role focuses on medical oversight, withdrawal monitoring, and medication management for residents in a high‑intensity treatment setting. We are looking for nurses who are reliable, compassionate, clinically strong, and comfortable working around individuals experiencing withdrawal or emotional crisis. Weekly pay & responsive support Opportunity to build experience in addiction medicine Supportive, team‑focused environment Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Assessment & Monitoring Complete admission nursing assessments Monitor vital signs and clinical stability Utilize CIWA/COWS or similar withdrawal tools Respond to urgent/emergent medical situations Medication Management Administer medications per provider direction Maintain accurate MARs Oversee controlled medication handling Coordinate with prescribers (NP, MD, Psychiatry) Withdrawal & Detox Support Monitor for alcohol, opioid, or stimulant withdrawal Report clinical changes promptly Provide education on withdrawal and MAT options Care Coordination Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and MH providers Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning Offer basic health education and chronic disease support Compliance & Documentation Complete accurate EHR documentation Follow HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality rules Assist with chart audits, QA, and incident reporting Required Qualifications Active Montana RN license (NLC accepted) Current CPR/BLS Strong clinical assessment skills Ability to respond quickly to medical changes Preferred (Will Train the Right RN) Experience with SUD, detox, or behavioral health Familiarity with
