Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid for practice in Montana Minimum recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to be an effective resource for peers Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate approach to patient care Willingness to care for a range of age groups
Note:
In-state travelers are not eligible unless residing more than 250 miles away

Deliver and oversee all aspects of direct patient care on the Med/Surg unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Evaluate, revise, and implement individualized plans of care Serve as a professional resource, supporting both patients and colleagues Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards
