Job Description

Travel/Local LTC Registered Nurse for a 13‑week assignment near Havre, Montana. Provide comprehensive patient care in a long‑term care setting while enjoying competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate comprehensive patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities within the EMR system. Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans proactively in accordance with best practices and facility protocols. Educate patients and their families on post‑discharge care, medication management, and health maintenance strategies.
Qualifications:
Nursing diploma or higher (ADN or BSN) in Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of recent long‑term care experience. Experience with wound care procedures. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Ability to work rotating weekends. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to perform shift duties and patient care tasks. LTC experience (certification or documented experience).
Preferred Skills:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
