Your responsibilities will include:
Applying the nursing process to deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care across multiple units through assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collecting, verifying, and organizing patient health information to support informed clinical decisions and effective treatment Delivering direct patient care in a clinical setting while collaborating closely with the Unit Director, Manager, and Charge Nurse to ensure quality outcomes Conducting thorough patient assessments and maintains timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Collaborating effectively with physicians, colleagues, and cross-functional teams to promote a positive and patient-focused care environment. Maintaining competency and flexibility to support multiple specialty areas, including Behavioral Health Clinical Decision Unit Either Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as the second RN or Women's & Children's Services (Couplet Care and Pediatric Psych) Adapting quickly to changing patient needs and clinical environments What We're Looking For Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of two years of acute care RN experience required Ability to independently manage responsibilities within a Float Pool/Patient Care Services role Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced settings Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills BLS certification required ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire Certification in Med/Surg and/or Geriatric Nursing preferred Make a Difference Where It Matters Most This is more than a nursing job—it's an opportunity to join a mission-driven healthcare team committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
