Position Overview We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Transitional Care Unit (TCU) setting. This role offers the opportunity to care for both long-term residents and post-acute rehabilitation patients while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and thrives in a collaborative care environment. This role requires the ability to provide care across both LTC and TCU settings based on census and patient care needs. Patient Population Geriatric residents Post-acute medical/surgical patients Transitional Care Unit (TCU) patients preparing for discharge to home, hospice, or long-term care Patients requiring feeding pumps and rehabilitation-focused care Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Provide wound care and dressing changes Manage IV therapy and catheter care Perform suctioning and other skilled nursing procedures Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans Float between LTC and TCU units as needed Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned Required Qualifications Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required. Current AHA BLS certification required. Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required. Previous LTC, SNF, TCU, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.

Schedule Details Night Shift:

Do you currently hold an active AHA BLS certification? Do you have at least 2 years of recent RN experience in LTC, SNF, TCU, rehabilitation, or post-acute care? Are you able to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday? Do you currently hold an active RN license in Montana or a Compact RN license? Kalispell is a highly desirable destination, and housing availability can be limited during certain times of the year.
