Job Description

We are looking for experienced Preop/PACU RNs who are comfortable providing perioperative and post-anesthesia care in a Critical Access Hospital setting. This role will support surgical and procedural patients, including patient assessment, IV initiation and maintenance, medication administration, communication with surgeons/CRNAs, post-anesthesia monitoring, emergency response, and care consistent with facility policy, AORN, and ASPAN standards. The position requires strong communication, clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Call Requirement:
Call is required and will include weekday, weekend, and rotating holiday call coverage. Candidates must be able to meet a 2 0-minute or less arrival time from call-in.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
Current unrestricted Montana RN license or Multistate Compact RN license BLS required ACLS and PALS strongly preferred/current preferred Recent Preop/PACU experience strongly preferred ASPAN certification preferred EHR experience preferred; Cerner experience helpful Ability to work collaboratively with Surgery, CRNA, OR, Radiology, Lab, Med/Surg, and ICU teams as needed
