Job Description

TITLE:
Nursing / RN and
LPN LOCATION
Miles City, Montana Don't miss the opportunity to become a valued healthcare provider at a leading hospital with room for professional growth and advancement. Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license in Montana required for Nurses. LPN license in MT and IV certification preferred or eligibility for LPNs. BLS and ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
RN's in acute care work 12-hour shifts, rotating between days and nights. RN's in Long Term Care also have 12-hour shifts on either day or night schedules.
  • LPN's earn between $25.63
  • $38.45 per hour based on experience, while RN's earn between $31.63
  • $49.
88 per hour depending on years of experience. Full benefits and potential relocation assistance are provided.
Responsibilities:
The nurse will be involved in various nursing units including ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health. Nurses receive training to handle med/surg and transitional care units and may also work in other specialized areas.
Additional Information:
Supportive team environment. Nurses can diversify their skills by working in different care areas, reducing burnout in high-stress departments like the ED. Some nurses have chosen to further specialize in ER, obstetrics, and behavioral health.
