We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a Critical Access Hospital-Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment, while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and laboratory results Providing education and support to patients and their families Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Participating in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities
Qualifications and Skills:
