Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional care in a dynamic and supportive environment as a Med Surg Registered Nurse. Your expertise and sense of compassion will make a significant impact on patient outcomes while you collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Key Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Experience in Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing settings Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation Ability to provide care for diverse patient populations Effective communication, organization, and teamwork abilities BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a med surg setting Assess patient conditions, implement individualized care plans, and administer medication or treatments as directed Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to monitor progress and modify care as needed Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, post-discharge care, and recovery plans Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of every patient interaction Uphold safety and infection control protocols at all times Support a culture of quality improvement and patient-centered care This opportunity is ideally suited for passionate nursing professionals looking to broaden their skills and experience in a contract role.
