Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetic Nurse Practioner to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers, a strong eye for aesthetics, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history review and aesthetic assessments Develop customized treatment plans based on individual goals and clinical indications Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as injectables (neuromodulators and dermal fillers), laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-procedure care Monitor patient outcomes and provide follow-up care, addressing any concerns or complications Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and industry best practices Recommend and educate patients on medical-grade skincare products Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing training and education Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver a high standard of patient experience Support business growth through client retention and professional representation of the practice

Qualifications:

Active NP, DNP, or MD license in Montana Strong knowledge of facial anatomy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for aesthetics and delivering natural results Ability to work as part of a team 3+ years of medical spa or related experience required

Preferred Experience:

Experience with laser treatments and/or micro-needling is a plus or willingness to be trained Experience with advanced techniques (lip filler, jawline contouring, full face neurotoxin, etc.) Existing client base is a plus
