RN:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with healthcare teams Administer medications orally, subcutaneously, and intravenously while documenting accurately and timely Monitor and adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret electronic displays Educate patients and families about treatment plans, surgical procedures, and post-care instructions Perform wound care, catheter insertions, IV placements, and dressing changes Initiate corrective actions in response to adverse patient symptoms Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with facility standards Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions for patients

What We're Looking For:
