Desired Schedule & Hours:
Full-time shifts available (specific shift details provided during interview process)
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year recent experience working in an Emergency Room setting (RN-ER) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred Strong clinical assessment, triage, and prioritization skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with evidence-based ER protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, triage, and provide high-level care to patients in the Emergency Department Administer medications, IV therapies, and support urgent interventions Quickly identify patient needs and initiate appropriate nursing actions Document care effectively in electronic health records Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff for seamless patient care Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
