Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (NC or compact license) Recent experience working on Telemetry units
BLS/ACLS
certification required Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments Ability to work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on Telemetry units Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient status
