Flexible Schedule Requirements :

LP N/RN license in North Carolina Current TB Test BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Valid Driver's License Current Auto Insurance Responsibilities - What you'll be doing Provide bowel stimulation to patients and suppository insertion Provide ADL's to clients after completion of bowel and bladder care Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment to Director of Nursing Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation

Physical Demands:

Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
