Job Description

Job Summary :
Supports the journey to become a highly reliable organization (HRO) by providing oversight of clinical operations within CMG Performs a wide variety of activities to develop, coordinate and implement activities that ensure safe clinical practices within CMG. Provides clinical support for CMG policy development and updates based upon evidenced-based guidelines and Service Line input. Partners with Senior Leadership, CMG Leadership, and Service Lines to implement new clinical products and procedures within CMG, develop associated policies, and educate the appropriate stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Registered Nurse with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college and current RN license to practice in NC. At least 3 years of previous healthcare experience. Thorough knowledge of general clinical skills, methods and techniques. CPR certification required. ACLS preferred. Experience in performance/process improvement preferred. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-directed. The ability to manage numerous diverse projects simultaneously through effective priority setting and organization. The ability to recognize a need for improvement and facilitate change while obtaining positive results. Computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Office and Excel. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
