Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Active RN license (compact or NC-specific) Minimum 1 year recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration ability Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care to ICU patients, responding to rapid changes in condition Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document interventions accurately Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on treatments and recovery expectations Maintain strict adherence to patient safety protocols and infection control Participate in continuous improvement and evidence-based care initiatives
