Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to excel in fast-paced and changing environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to diverse adult patient groups in a med-surg setting Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, timely documentation Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management Uphold infection control and quality care standards
