Qualifications:
Valid RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year recent experience in any of the following: Nursing - Telemetry Med Surg Tele BLS certification (required) ACLS certification (strongly preferred) Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in Telemetry and Med Surg units Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly Administer medications, manage IVs, and assess patient progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care planning Document thoroughly to meet compliance standards Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
