Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care and education for those undergoing EP procedures. Assist electrophysiologists with arrhythmia studies, device implants, and ablations. Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, ensuring safety and comfort. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee high-quality care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility standards. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license. Minimum one year recent experience in Electrophysiology or a specialized cardiac unit. BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association). Strong knowledge of EP diagnostic procedures and interventions. Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities. Flexibility and adaptability in high-paced procedural settings.
