RN Clinical Nurse - Home Health UNC Health Rex in Raleigh, NC and UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, NC have openings for Home Health RNs.

Salary Range:
$34.22 - $48.38 per hour (Hiring Range). Also eligible for incentives, on-call pay, and shift/weekend/holiday differentials
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday day shift with some weekend and on-call rotations.

RNs Who:
Have 2-3 years of Med/Surg (preferred); Skilled Home Health (preferred); Will consider ICU or ED experience Bring strong foundational skills, such as wound care, infusions, lines and catheter care Are skilled at delivering personalized care based on each patient's unique needs and environment Are confident working independently and managing their own schedules Have personal vehicle and current/active auto insurance Are able to travel to patient homes within assigned region Are available for medically necessary on-call (1 weekday/week and 1 weekend/month) OASIS experience is preferred, but not required.
Education Requirements:
Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
Professional Experience Requirements:
One (1) year of nursing experience caring for acute and chronically ill patients or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
