As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled injector who values artistry, patient relationships, and professional growth while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence Conduct comprehensive consultations and facial assessments Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including: Neuromodulators Dermal fillers Biostimulators Experience with PRP/PRF, stem cells, and exosome treatments is highly preferred Advanced Aesthetic Procedures Administer treatments safely with precision, attention to detail, and an artistic approach Deliver balanced, natural-looking outcomes while maintaining high clinical standards Patient Experience & Retention Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional bedside manner Provide proactive follow-up care and patient education to encourage retention and loyalty Business Growth & Marketing Participate in social media content creation and internal marketing initiatives Help grow your patient book of business through engagement and brand presence Qualifications Required Active North Carolina license as: Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Practitioner (NP) Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 5+ years of dedicated aesthetic injecting experience Proven track record of clinical safety and high-quality aesthetic outcomes Existing patient following/client loyalty Preferred Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, professional, punctual, and team-oriented Passion for aesthetics and helping patients look and feel their best Why Join Ballantyne Plastic Surgery?
