Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Experienced emergency room nurses are sought for a dynamic contract opportunity. This position is ideal for those passionate about providing high-quality care in fast-paced environments while maintaining flexibility in their professional schedule.
Schedule:
12-hour day shifts 36 hours per week Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Every other weekend rotation Expectation to work 75% of recognized holidays No on-call or call-back requirements
Qualifications:
Active RN license with experience in Emergency Room (ER) settings Strong clinical judgement and rapid response skills Comfortable working in a high-acuity, diverse patient environment Ability to float efficiently within Region 1: including Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, any Freestanding Emergency Departments in the region, Lake Norman, and Central Division facilities Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
