Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license (state or compact) Minimum of one year current experience in a Telemetry unit BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment skills and ability to interpret cardiac rhythms Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Quick adaptability and a proactive approach to patient care
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Monitor and document patient vitals, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in condition Educate and support patients and their families regarding treatment and care plans Follow established protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital policies
