From first assessment to long-term recovery, our team plays a vital role in building hope and healing. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is ready to bring strong clinical skills, leadership, and compassion into a fast-paced admissions environment. What You'll Be Doing Administering medications in accordance with provider orders Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Performing intake assessments for new clients Ensuring physician orders are carried out appropriately Monitoring and obtaining vital signs as needed Conducting impairment and withdrawal assessments, including COWS Supporting safe, effective nursing practices within RN scope per state guidelines Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff when needed Is This You? What You'll Need Completion of an accredited RN program Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license OR a multistate compact RN license Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
