AH Cabarrus PreSurgery Holding Concord, NC, United States Where You Will Work:
Our PreSurgery Holding delivers comprehensive care for patients awaiting a wide range of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, spine, bariatric, general, HPB, plastics, urology, gynecology, cardiac, trauma, and vascular surgeries. Primary responsibilities include physiological monitoring, safe medication administration, and accurate, timely documentation. We take pride in fostering a supportive, collaborative environment that promotes engagement, professional growth, patient satisfaction, and excellence in care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal communication, exceptional clinical assessment abilities, and advanced critical‑thinking skills. Some call shifts, weekends and holidays are required.
We're Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association One year of previous PACU, Critical Care, Emergency Department or ICU experience strongly preferred for this role
What You'll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
