Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license required Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting Proven proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning Strong communication and teamwork skills BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and work independently

Key Responsibilities:
