Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment schedule, exact shift details provided upon interview.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on Telemetry. Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and document patient observations. Quickly identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings to the medical team. Coordinate with physicians, ancillary staff, and families to ensure high-quality patient care. Conduct patient education and discharge planning as appropriate. Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing. Minimum of one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Previous travel experience is a plus but not required.
