Schedule/Hours:
Weekend rotation: every other No on-call time Holiday commitment: 75% of holidays 6-week scheduling cycle Up to 6 days off can be approved, with flexibility to extend the contract to meet hours
Qualifications/Experience:
Active RN license 18 months of recent Med/Tele experience required BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Proficient in: cardiac monitoring, stroke care, trach care, chest tube and drain management, IV starts, cardiac drips, blood product administration, medication gtt management, and advanced wound care Experience with Epic EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell med dispensing, Phillips monitors Willingness to float within region as needed
Responsibilities:
Coordinate care for a wide variety of adult patients with complex medical and telemetry needs Respond to critical situations with evidence-based interventions Collaborate with support staff, including CNAs, charge nurses, phlebotomists, and respiratory therapists Adapt to resource team assignments and flexible patient ratios during surges
