Schedule/Hours:
Flexible travel assignment—rotating shifts may be available Full-time hours
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state Minimum of one year recent Operating Room experience (hospital or acute care setting) Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Excellent critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal patient care Maintain a sterile field and adherence to infection control protocols Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout perioperative phases Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies
