Schedule/Hours:
Flexible travel assignment with variable shifts depending on patient needs.
Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in North Carolina or Compact State Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or Tele environments BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred Strong critical-thinking and communication skills Proficiency in EMR documentation systems is advantageous
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in telemetry and med-surg units Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized patient care plans Administer medications, operate specialized monitors, and conduct thorough assessments Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and treatments
