Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 1-2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency assisting in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures Adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative surgical environment Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the CVOR, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases Assist surgical team with preparation, monitoring, and patient recovery Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control standards Document patient responses, interventions, and surgical data accurately Foster a safe, supportive environment for patients and colleagues
