This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN who is passionate about disease prevention, patient education, and community health. About the
Role:
In this position, you will play a vital role in preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases by conducting case investigations, performing surveillance activities, and collaborating with healthcare providers, laboratories, and public health teams.

Fayetteville, NC Contract:
13wks (extension options)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, 40hrs/wk
Pay:
$35/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct case investigations and patient interviews Monitor and manage reports in state surveillance systems Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care Support outbreak response and public health initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and community partners Assist with programs such as TB, STIs, hepatitis, and emerging health concerns
Qualifications:
