Schedule/Hours:

Night and day shifts available (call and float as needed) Every other weekend rotation Holiday coverage required (75% of season) Opportunity for up to six approved days off (excluding holidays)

Qualifications:

Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 18 months of recent PCU/Stepdown RN experience Strong clinical skills: tracheostomy care, cardiac gtt titration, rhythm interpretation, chest tube management, wound care, blood product administration, and central line management Comfortable with regional floating across multiple facilities

EMR:

Familiarity with EPIC preferred

Responsibilities:

Care for diverse patient populations—CHF, dysrhythmia, chest pain, stroke, abdominal and respiratory illnesses, diabetes, AKI/CKD, alcohol withdrawal, and more Maintain safe patient ratios, typically 1:4, with adjustment for acuity levels Perform bedside cardiac monitoring, tele monitoring, medication administration, and detailed documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing resources like CNAs, charge nurses, phlebotomists, IV/VAT teams, and 24/7 RT and hospitalist support Float to regional partner facilities as required, with paid travel time if floating mid-shift
