Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care on a telemetry unit, carefully monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. Administer medications and manage IVs accurately and safely. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record. Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient conditions or status.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid RN license with current registration. At least one year of recent experience in a telemetry or similar acute care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
