Minimum Qualifications :
IV experience is a plus. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) Prior home care experience preferred Current BLS Certification Excellent verbal and written communication skills You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
Reliable Transportation Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home assessments for clients Develop and review care plan Conduct quarterly supervisory visits Medication administration and management Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation
Physical Demands:
Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
