Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Hospital We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring complex medical conditions, and ensuring safe, patient-centered care. The RN will also assist with discharge planning, patient education, and coordination of post-acute services. Additional duties include participating in quality improvement initiatives, following hospital policies and clinical standards, and maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate must be able to manage patients with complex medical needs, prioritize care effectively, and support safe transitions of care within a fast-paced hospital environment.
