Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in a telemetry setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical-thinking skills Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced clinical environments Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients with cardiac/telemetry needs Administer medications and manage patient care plans Document patient progress and communicate changes to interdisciplinary teams Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and implement interventions as needed Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance
