Key Qualifications:
Valid and active RN license Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities Adaptability to new environments and protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver attentive nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement personalized care plans Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient outcomes Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety regulations at all times
