Key Qualifications:
Valid and active RN license Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities Adaptability to new environments and protocolsPrimary Responsibilities:
