Job Title:
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) (Also known as: Home Care RN, Hospice RN, Visiting Nurse, Case Manager RN) Company Overview Cambay Healthcare is one of the fastest-growing staffing companies in the industry, connecting healthcare professionals with top facilities across the U.S. Position Overview Seeking a Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
Schedule:
Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Start Date:
06/15/2026 13-week contract assignment Coverage area includes Greensboro and High Point, NC Key Responsibilities Provide quality home health and hospice patient care Manage and coordinate assigned patient caseload Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Travel between patient homes throughout the day Requirements Active RN License Home Health or Hospice experience preferred Minimum 1 year of case management experience required Travel experience required Strong communication and teamwork skills Must have reliable transportation Education Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Certifications Active RN License BLS Certification preferred ARC certifications accepted Preferred Qualifications HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred Case management background preferred Ability to work independently in the field Benefits & Perks Referral bonus & relocation assistance Mileage reimbursement at federal rate Weekly pay opportunities Supportive recruiter team

$2,250.00 - $2,350.00 per week
