Position Highlights Setting:
Established hospice home care provider serving the Piedmont Triad region
Daily Workload:
Typically 2 to 3 home visits per day
Compensation:
$115,000 to $130,000 Employer-provided laptop, cell phone, and mileage reimbursement What You'll Do Step into a deeply meaningful role where your clinical expertise supports patients and families during one of life's most important transitions. In this role, you will: See patients in their homes, typically completing 2 to 3 visits each day Promote the highest quality of end-of-life care, including hospice services and widespread use of advanced directives Collaborate with attending physicians, consultants, nursing staff, and other medical professionals on patient care plans Provide compassionate clinical guidance to patients and their families throughout the hospice journey What You'll Achieve Help patients experience comfort, dignity, and peace at the end of life Strengthen family understanding and use of advanced directives Build trusted relationships with patients, families, and the broader care team Contribute to a hospice program known for quality care across the Piedmont Triad Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $115,000 to $130,000 Employer-provided laptop and cell phone Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision coverage FSA and HSA options Paid Time Off and paid holidays $5,000 annual CEU allowance Retirement plan
