Required Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1-2 years' recent experience in an Emergency Room setting BLS and ACLS certification (other specialty certifications, such as TNCC or PALS, are a plus) Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations Previous travel nursing experience is advantageous but not required
Position Responsibilities:
Provide rapid assessment, triage, and intervention for patients presenting with urgent and emergent needs Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain accurate, thorough records and ensure smooth transitions of care Educate patients and families on treatments, procedures, and continued care protocols Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
