Skills & Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license (compact license strongly preferred) Minimum of 2 years' experience in Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Tele units BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities Experience with electronic health records and remote cardiac monitoring
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in Med-Surg and Telemetry units Monitor and document patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and progress Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage rapidly changing conditions Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
