Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or PCU setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt swiftly to changing patient needs Compact license highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care for patients requiring progressive monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor and assess patient status, responding proactively to changes in condition Administer medications and manage IV therapies Educate patients and their families for effective discharge planning Accurately document care, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations
